Brooklyn turned 1 on March 26!!! I can not believe my little baby girl is 1. I remember when I first saw her I told her she was not allowed to grow up but she isn't listening. Everyone always tells you how fast it goes but I never had this in mind. She had a blast at her birthday party. We had a bunch of family and friends over. When she opened her gifts she was getting mad that we were taking them away for her to open a new one. However I think she would have been fine just getting wrapping paper. She got many new toys and cute clothes. I think her favorite part was cake!! At first she was just playing with and flinging it at whoever was the closest. But when she figured out it tasted good she dug in. She was covered in cake so we just stuck her in the sink to hose her down. I really hope the coming years don't come so fast.
