Offer Accepted
Good news!! We heard from Cathy (our realtor) that our last offer has been accepted! She is expecting to have the signed offer in had by noon on Monday so we can go in after work and get things rolling. With the offer as it stands now we will be able to take possesion of the house on December 14th. Merry Christmas to us!!
